An international fundraising platform launched by the President of Ukraine to support the country’s recovery through rebuilding hospitals, schools, housing, and critical infrastructure.

For our Baltimore properties, pest control is included—and in some homes, we cover the monthly ADT security system. In Frostburg, we take care of landscaping, so you don’t have to.
Yes! We use RentRedi, which makes it simple to pay online using ACH or credit card (ACH has no transaction fee). You can split rent between roommates, pay utilities in smaller chunks, and even opt in to build your credit score by reporting rent payments.
We offer a 10-day grace period before charging a late fee. And if you need more time or prefer to pay in smaller portions—just let us know. We’re flexible, and we’re always open to a conversation.
You can submit requests through your RentRedi tenant portal online or through the app. You’ll be able to track the repair, see updates, and message us or the contractor if you have questions.
Our after-hours assistant is always available to take your call. If something urgent needs attention, we’ll be notified right away so we can activate emergency maintenance through RentRedi. For anything else, you can submit a repair request directly in RentRedi, and we’ll handle it as soon as regular hours resume.
Yes—just check with us first. We’re open to small, meaningful updates that help make the space feel like yours.
We offer month-to-month, 6-, 12-, 18-, and 24-month leases. The shorter the lease, the higher the monthly rent usually is—but we’ll work with you to find what fits.
Yes, all tenants are required to maintain renters insurance while leasing with us. Through RentRedi, you can quickly compare and purchase coverage from trusted providers right inside your tenant portal. It only takes a few minutes to set up, and it helps protect both you and your belongings from the unexpected.
